Performance Solutions has been my personal consulting services company that has been in existence since 1982.
Today, via Performance Solutions, I provide my advisory services to boards of directors of technology companies and their investment backers, with an emphasis on areas of expertise that I have specific knowledge, experience and skills, such as mobile and embedded software, and general telecom/enterprise software products.
Having started and built businesses up to 250 employees and $20M in revenues, on multiple occasions, and having sat on boards of directors of private and public companies since 1992, I have garnered considerable experience and contacts providing corporate governance, managing corporate growth, negotiating partnerships and closing key customer agreements, promoting the business within the industry as well as in the general press and financial circles, financing these businesses, and more.
